Delivery Process
1. You will receive a call from our delivery company to schedule your in-home delivery appointment. 2. You will receive a call the day before the scheduled delivery date to provide you with a 4-hour delivery window. 3. Your driver will call you 30 minutes to 1 hour before arrival. 4. You will receive a customer satisfaction follow-up call after delivery. We encourage all feedback.
